Terms of use
Effective 27 September 2026. These terms cover this website. Client work runs under its own signed agreement.
1.About these terms
This website, digyai.com, is operated by DigyAi Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India with corporate identity number U62099RJ2025OPC105518 ("DigyAi", "we", "us"). "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that work, and where that agreement and this site differ, the agreement prevails.
2.What the information on this site means
Client results on this site are the figures each client measured and reported to us. They have not been independently audited, and a result achieved for one client is not a promise of the same result for another.
Figures marked as the engineering record come from systems our engineers built and ran earlier in their careers. The companies named in our founder's career on the About page were his employers or his earlier venture. Naming them describes that career. It does not mean they are DigyAi clients or that they endorse DigyAi.
The films, drawings, reports, consoles, plans and runbooks on this site show the form of what we build and deliver. Unless a client is named, they do not describe a real client, its systems or its data.
Durations on this site, such as the length of a discovery phase or the cadence of releases, describe how we usually work. Scope, timeline and cost become binding only in a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides.
Articles in Insights and other guidance on this site give our view on the date shown with them. They are general information, and they are not legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice. Take advice on your own situation before acting on them.
3.Enquiries and messages
Sending us a form, an email, a call or a WhatsApp message does not create a client relationship or commit either of us to any work. That starts only when an agreement is signed.
Until then, send only what we need to understand your request. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.
Do not use our forms, email address or phone number to send unlawful, abusive or malicious content, or advertising.
4.Using this site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for any lawful purpose.
You may not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation or security, send it automated requests at a volume that degrades it, or use it to spread malicious code.
You may not present yourself as DigyAi, or suggest that we are connected with you or endorse you or your products, without our written agreement.
If you find a security weakness in the site, report it to contact@digyai.com, the contact published in our security.txt file, with “Security” in the subject line, and stop testing once you have shown that it exists.
5.Intellectual property
The text, drawings, films, design and code of this site, and the DigyAi name and logo, belong to DigyAi or are used by it under licence.
You may quote short passages with a credit and a link to the page they come from. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, present its content as your own, or use the DigyAi name or logo without our written permission.
Names, products and trade marks of other companies mentioned on this site belong to their owners. They are used to identify technologies, sources, clients and past employers, and their use does not imply that those companies endorse DigyAi.
6.Links and other services
This site links to other websites, including the sources cited in our articles, the government register that holds our company record, and WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7.Changes to the site
We may change, update or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
8.Disclaimer and liability
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they are accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, DigyAi is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the rights your local law gives you that these terms cannot override.
9.Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains what this site collects and how we use information you send us. It forms part of these terms.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11.Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before starting any proceedings, write to us at contact@digyai.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
12.General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
