Most software companies say they listen first. We actually do the boring discovery work.
DigyAi is a small AI-first development team. We'd rather spend two extra days understanding your workflow than rebuild it three times after launch.
What we're actually trying to do
Give growing businesses the same quality of engineering that large companies get from in-house teams, without needing to hire ten engineers to maintain it. That's the whole pitch, really.
What we're not trying to be
We're not chasing every buzzword. If a spreadsheet and a Zapier automation solve your problem, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a custom AI agent you don't need.
Meet the founder

Gouri Shankar
Founder & CEO
After years of building high-scale consumer and gaming platforms at Flipkart and Zupee, Gouri founded DigyAi to bring that same engineering rigor to businesses that don't have an in-house team of senior engineers, combining deep technical expertise with a practical, AI-first approach to software.
What guides our work
We'll talk you out of a bad idea
If "AI" isn't actually the right tool for what you're describing, we'll say so before you pay us to build it anyway.
We read the fine print so you don't have to
Edge cases, weird approval steps, the one client who always breaks the form. We ask about those early, not three weeks before launch.
No retainer hostage situations
If you want to walk away with the code and never talk to us again, you can. Most people don't, but the option is real.
We say "I don't know yet" out loud
When we're not sure how something will perform at scale, we'll tell you, test it, and come back with an actual answer instead of a confident guess.
Got a process that's driving your team crazy?
Describe it in three sentences. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating, and roughly what it'd take.
