Yes. We start with a short audit of the code, infrastructure and history, write down the risks, and then modernize, extend or run the system. Modernizing and running live systems, including adding AI to an operation that is already running, is core work for us.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, from the first commit. The repository sits in your organization, the system runs in your cloud account or data center, and the contract assigns the intellectual property to you. There is no proprietary framework or license, so any capable team can take it over.
